Executive Officer (2 posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Executive Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Faculty's HR team and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of administrative tasks related to HR management.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills, as well as strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The appointees will be expected to have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and work with minimal supervision. They will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
