Executive Officer

The President's Office at HKU is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Officer to join its dynamic team of administrators. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and analytical support for various strategic initiatives that will have a significant and long-term impact on the University's developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a spectrum of administrative and analytical support for various strategic initiatives
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advise on current issues and conduct analysis
  • Formulate strategies and manage institution-wide projects
  • Collaborate with senior administrators and other stakeholders to achieve University goals
Requirements
  • Good Bachelor's degree with no less than two years of relevant experience
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong socio-political and business acumen
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in PC and software applications
