About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Horticulture Specialist to join our team at Royal Van Zanten. As a key member of our breeding department, you will be responsible for executing all cultivation processes and ensuring the highest quality of our crops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all cultivation processes within the breeding department
  • Maintain crop health and quality through regular monitoring and maintenance
  • Operate agricultural machinery and equipment to support crop care and protection
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues related to cultivation equipment and conditions
  • Assist with breeding activities and contribute to the development of new varieties

Requirements

  • Completed MBO education in a green direction, preferably horticulture
  • Several years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Hold a spraying license and forklift certificate, or be willing to obtain them
  • Experience in operating agricultural machinery and equipment
