About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Employee Breeding Dept. As a key member of our breeding department, you will be responsible for executing all cultivation processes, ensuring crop maintenance, and assisting with various breeding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all cultivation processes within the breeding department
- Maintain crop health and quality
- Assist with breeding activities, including crop care and protection
- Monitor and maintain cultivation equipment and conditions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve breeding goals
Requirements:
- Completed MBO education in a green direction, preferably horticulture
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Possession of a spraying license and forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain these
- Experience in operating agricultural machinery
