About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cultivation Specialist to join our team at Royal Van Zanten. As a key member of our Breeding Department, you will be responsible for executing all cultivation processes, ensuring the highest quality of our crops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cultivation processes, including crop maintenance and protection
  • Assist with breeding activities and detect faults in cultivation equipment and conditions
  • Work closely with the Team Leader Breeding to ensure seamless team operations

Requirements

  • Completed MBO education in a green direction, preferably horticulture
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Possession of a spraying license and forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain these
  • Experience in operating agricultural machinery
