We are seeking a talented Sales Trader to join our team at ACT Commodities. As a Sales Trader, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with commodity markets, understanding their needs, and spotting opportunities to bring people together by matching supply to demand and vice versa.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients of various sizes in different industries to create, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients.
  • Using your strong interpersonal skills and stellar communication to gain your clients' trust.
  • Finding your own leads and breaking down barriers through extensive cold calling to ensure you stand out to your clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to close deals and leveraging the collective knowledge, experience, and network of the team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Environmental Energy Commodities or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to cold call and approach people with confidence.
  • A driven and ambitious mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
