About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Value Optimization Specialist to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our Value Management team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities across our product development projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product costs and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost reduction strategies
- Lead value engineering activities for key projects and drive business case approval
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive cost savings
- Support the development of product cost roadmaps and cost optimization methods
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in product architecture, product design, or industrialization
- Experience in cost structure analysis, product cost optimization, and cost driver analysis
- Familiarity with value engineering methods and techniques
