Job Title: Programme Manager Open and Customised Programmes

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Open & Customised Programmes team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the overall participants' experience, satisfaction, and profitable financial performance of programmes within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programme operations and delivery of educational programmes
  • Execute academic content of a portfolio of Open and Customised programmes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Plan, organize, and execute logistics and administration of programmes to the highest professional service standard
  • Manage relationships with faculty, lecturers, guest speakers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders
  • Act as primary contact for clients, participants, and communicate with participants and faculty timely and professionally
  • Work closely with colleagues from Programme Office, Programme Development, Client Engagement, and Marketing and Sales

Requirements:

  • At least five years of working experience with coordination of (educational) programmes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of Canvas or other learning platform desirable
  • Ability to take initiative and programme ownership
  • Ability to work independently and in a team (team player)
  • Organisational talent - efficient, accurate, and on top of things
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard business hours
  • Focused on quality awareness
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to think critically to make timely decisions
