We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Engagement and Research Services at Erasmus University Rotterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our engagement and research strategies, ensuring that our university remains at the forefront of academic excellence and societal impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engagement and research strategies that align with the university's mission and vision
- Lead a team of professionals in the development and delivery of engagement and research services
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academics, researchers, and external partners
- Collaborate with other departments and faculties to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to engagement and research
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement and research activities, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience
