About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Market Research Director to drive the success and growth of MetrixLab NL. The ideal candidate will be a commercial insights expert with exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

To Achieve These Commercial Targets, You Will:

  • Develop and present research proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and sell research projects related to brand and communication, and/or product innovation client needs.
  • Work with the research team to deliver research projects, from kick-off to presenting insights.
  • Build and grow lasting client relationships.

The role requires a hands-on professional who can wear multiple hats and engage with clients. You'll manage accounts in a mature yet agile way, responsible for building client relationships and realizing budgets.
