About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Alphacomm. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our SEA and SEO strategies to drive sustainable growth and reduce our reliance on paid traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute technical marketing tasks, including configuring tools for campaign performance tracking and automating email marketing campaigns.
- Set up and optimize marketing tools to support the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention.
- Analyze and improve key performance metrics, such as POAS, ROAS, CLTV, and CPA.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce stores and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in developing and managing SEA and SEO strategies.
- Strong technical proficiency in setting up and optimizing marketing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing metrics and ability to drive strategic optimizations based on these KPIs.
