About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving revenue growth through consultative advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, new service propositions, and pitches in collaboration with the wider client-facing team.
- Utilize your sales experience to build solid relationships with potential clients and partners, and drive strategic and sustainable client development.
- Communicate effectively with existing clients and cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists to deliver complex digital client projects and journeys.
Requirements
- Experience in a consultative selling role with a focus on digital marketing, preferably at a digital agency.
- Passion for digital marketing, with the ability to give clients the best possible advice and convince others with your sales talent.
- Broader digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, SEA, Social, Display, Content Marketing, and Data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to persuade.
- Experience working on pitches and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
