About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at DEPT. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and providing consultative advice to help them achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, new service propositions, and pitches in collaboration with the client-facing team.
- Utilize your sales experience to build strong relationships with clients and partners, and drive strategic and sustainable client development.
- Manage and plan complex digital client projects and journeys, focusing on profitability and client satisfaction.
- Act as a communicative interface between clients and our cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a consultative selling role with a focus on digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency.
- Passion for digital marketing, with the ability to convince others with your sales talent and provide clients with the best possible advice.
- Broader digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, SEA, Social, Display, Content Marketing, and Data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Experience working on pitches and driving revenue growth.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and able to plan and organize.
- Fluency in English, and preferably also fluent in Dutch.
