About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Guest Relations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, and more.
- Ensure that all pertinent information is documented in the logbook daily.
- Review all guest arrivals and ensure that the Rooms/Suites are assigned according to preference and any special requests.
- Personally handle guest opportunities and special requests to ensure that 100% of our guests have a memorable stay with us.
Requirements:
- Strong people interaction skills, warm and welcoming to hotel guests, patrons, and all hotel employees.
- Fluent in English, clear and polite conversation skill.
- Sufficient experience in Rooms Division different departments.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Multi-tasking skills.
