Mission Statement:

The Lifecycle Marketer will be responsible for orchestrating the entire customer journey, ensuring customers experience the product's value at every stage. This involves guiding new leads to 'aha' moments, developing retention campaigns, building automated upgrade promotions, and analyzing customer behavior to identify churn risks and opportunities for improvement.

We are seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketer who can make a significant impact on product adoption, retention, and customer lifetime value for our community of 250,000+ users. Responsibilities:
  • Simplify the process for new leads to understand Rentman's value through personalized sequences
  • Develop and refine retention campaigns and educational content to ensure new users integrate Rentman's products into their daily routine
  • Build and scale automated campaigns to encourage upgrades and cross-selling to high-engaging accounts
  • Analyze customer behavior and data to pinpoint churn risks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage referral programs to boost customer advocacy and expand Rentman's user community
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of lifecycle marketing/customer success experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth and customer journey mapping
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze customer data to inform decision-making
