Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

Sparque B.V., a pioneering e-commerce technology company, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and accelerate growth.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies with resell partners and e-commerce platform vendors. Your primary focus will be on maximizing customer acquisition through partnerships, as well as directly if needed.
- We are looking for someone who can develop and execute partnership strategies, including joint marketing initiatives and co-selling opportunities.
- You will identify, recruit, and manage potential sales partners, such as digital agencies and system integrators, to resell, implement, and support Sparque technology.
- Your role will also involve collaborating with partners to develop sales strategies and joint business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing partnership strategies to drive increased product visibility.
- Identifying and recruiting potential sales partners to resell, implement, and support Sparque technology.
- Collaborating with partners to develop sales strategies and joint business plans.
- Providing sales tools, training, and resources to enable partners to effectively promote and sell Sparque products and services.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to align partnership priorities with company goals.

About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with strong relationship-building skills. Ideally, you should have 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Sales & Marketing, preferably in e-commerce business.
- A strong ability to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Tenacity and focus, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and simply to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
