We are seeking a highly experienced Business Growth Expansion Manager to join our Sales team in Germany. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region and driving revenue growth.

Our hardware has already helped eliminate over 430,000 kg of food waste in over 30 countries, and we're just getting started. As a Business Growth Expansion Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this ambitious goal.
Job DescriptionYou will be part of the Sales team, working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing, and seven Business Development Managers. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in Germany. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Your activities will include:
- Creating sales strategies and preparing market entry for Germany
- Implementing sales plans and defining quarterly action plans
- Approaching prospects via LinkedIn, telephone, email, events, or your network to make appointments
- Meeting prospects online and sometimes meeting them physically across Germany
- Concluding multi-year deals for our installations that help customers prevent food waste
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in new business sales acquisition
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions is a must
- Relevant experience within the hospitality or food services industry is a preference
- Fluent in German, with professional-level proficiency in English. Bonus points if you speak any other language
- Motivation to work with a product that makes an impact on the world
- You are a self-starter and used to working independently
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A gross monthly salary of €5,500 - €6,500 (excluding holiday allowance)
