Business Development Manager Wound Care Post Acute

As a Business Development Manager for our Wound Care Sales team in the Netherlands, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Your primary focus will be on targeted accounts in Zeeland, Noord Brabant, and Zuid Holland, identifying and executing sales opportunities, developing account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also report and maintain customer data, sales opportunities, and activities in CRM, providing valuable insights on competitive and market conditions.
With a strong understanding of business acumen and selling skills, you will contribute to our business intelligence by guiding and shaping local strategies for growth, collaborating with the Sales Manager to align sales tactics with market insights and competitive intelligence.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer wellbeing initiatives and comprehensive on-the-job training to support your professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- University degree, preferably in business or nursing
- Strong business acumen and selling skills
- Product and clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- English proficiency
- A valid driver's license
