Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue;
  2. Identify and target new prospects and generate demand through inside sales and direct client contact;
  3. Manage the overall retention process for current accounts;
  4. Manage proposal content and sales presentations;
  5. Build sales pipelines, research new accounts, and design lead-generation campaigns;
  6. Oversee the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and financial objectives;
  7. Foster a culture of success and continuous improvement within the business development team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred;
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with at least three years in a managerial position;
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and securing lucrative partnerships;
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  5. Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills;
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build relationships at all levels;
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  8. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
