Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Leek (NL) or Varsseveld (NL). As a key member of our Analytics, Insights, & Transformation (AI&T) department, you will work closely with business leaders across Kramp Group and the Markets to drive business growth and improvement.

Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying, triaging, and solving complex business issues through strong functional knowledge, solid problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder engagement. Your tasks will include:

  • SUPPORT AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DOCUMENTATION OF AS IS AND TO BE PROCESSES, DESCRIBING CHANGES REQUIRED TO MIGRATE TO THE TO BE CAPABILITY.
  • PREPARE AND HELP DEVELOP BUSINESS CASES TO INFORM DECISION MAKING ABOUT DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
  • COLLECT BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS USING INTERVIEWS, DOCUMENT ANALYSIS, WORKSHOPS, AND WORKFLOW ANALYSIS.
  • DEVELOP AND WRITE MATERIALS THAT ARE HIGHLY VISIBLE, SUCH AS SLIDE DECKS FOR STANDARDIZED PRESENTATIONS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT OR SECTIONS OF CLIENT REPORTS.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO REVIEWING EXISTING OPERATIONS IN OWN AREA OF WORK AND GENERATE NEW IDEAS TO ASSIST IN IDENTIFYING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS.
  • CONDUCT RESEARCH USING PRIMARY DATA SOURCES AND SELECT INFORMATION NEEDED FOR THE ANALYSIS OF KEY THEMES AND TRENDS.
  • INTERPRET THE BUSINESS NEED AND IDENTIFY SOLUTION RECOMMENDATIONS TO BUSINESS PROBLEMS AT A BUSINESS UNIT LEVEL.
  • IMPROVE AND DEVELOP PROCEDURES BY GIVING FEEDBACK ON WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESN'T, SUGGESTING AND IMPLEMENTING IMPROVEMENTS TO PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES.
  • DELIVER SMALL-SCALE OR MEDIUM-SCALE PROJECTS WHILE WORKING WITHIN AN ESTABLISHED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PLAN.

Your Team

In this role, you will report directly to our experienced Business Analysis Manager.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work Experience.
  • Over 3 years to 6 years of experience, enabling you to deal with most situations and advise others.
  • Strategy consulting experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months).
  • Competences: Balances stakeholders, business insight, communicates effectively, manages complexity, optimizes work processes, plans and aligns.

  • An estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
