Business Development Manager for IT Certification Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the DACH and CEE regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, with experience in value-selling and developing strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH and CEE regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing strategic partnerships with channel partners, enterprises, and candidates.
- Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including delivery and marketing teams, to develop compelling propositions that resonate with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Native German speaker with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- 5-10 years of sales experience in IT-related consultative sales roles.
- Experience in value-selling, developing a roadmap, business case, and ROI together with the customer.
- Experience in the Training and Certification Industry is a plus.
- A self-starter with high energy levels, integrity, and attention to detail.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing a small number of large enterprise accounts.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to articulate the value of the EXIN portfolio to prospects and customers and leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.
- A hands-on mentality to deliver business and look for creative ways to get things done or tap into new market opportunities.
- A degree in business administration (bachelor minimum) with a technical background or a degree in technical sciences with sales and management experience.
