Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture strong connections with independent retailers and national accounts, acting as the face of Fossil Group while providing ongoing operational support.
Spot New Opportunities: Continuously seek new business prospects and provide valuable feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine our strategies.
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business plan that drives sales growth and exceeds targets while maintaining brand standards.
Enhance Customer Insights: Use your keen insights into market trends and customer behavior to inform your approach and maximize the overall shopping journey for our customers.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: A solid background in sales, ideally in retail or fashion, with a strong understanding of the Dutch market.

Customer-Focused: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently and manage your time while on the road.
