International Sales Manager LATAM: Latin America Business Development Expert

AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking an accomplished International Sales Manager LATAM to spearhead the expansion of a leading animal nutrition company in Latin America.
This pivotal role focuses on strategically positioning the company's premium products within the region, leveraging distributor relationships and market expertise to drive growth objectives.
About the RoleAs a seasoned commercial professional, you will be responsible for:
- BUILDING AND NURTURING STRONG DISTRIBUTOR RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS LATIN AMERICA
- DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING EFFECTIVE SALES PLANS TO MEET REGIONAL TARGETS
- OPTIMIZING DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND IMPROVE MARKET POSITIONING
- PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE PRODUCT TRAINING AND ONGOING SUPPORT TO DISTRIBUTORS
- CONDUCTING THOROUGH MARKET RESEARCH AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES
- MONITORING REGIONAL SALES PERFORMANCE AND PROVIDING ACTIONABLE RECOMMENDATIONS TO ADDRESS CHALLENGES
Successful candidates will possess:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition industry
- Proficiency in Spanish (or Portuguese) and English
- Strong network connections within Latin American feed distribution channels
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated individual with strategic mindset and ability to work independently
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This figure is estimated at around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your background and achievements.
