Responsibilities:
  • Act as pre-sales support and reach out to prospects to qualify them and pass interested prospects to sales teams.
  • Research potential customers, connect with and educate prospects on our product offerings, and qualify leads before passing them to direct sales teams.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to create and execute on program and inbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Track relevant information regarding qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
  • Previous SDR experience.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field (a plus).
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Friendly phone voice.
  • Pleasantly persistent.
  • Ability to leave a message and sound interested.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented.
