About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you working closely with orthopedic surgeons and allied personnel to promote our innovative products and services. Your primary objective will be to attain proportionate regional sales targets, while maintaining and growing profitability through adherence to our pricing policies.
Key Responsibilities- Sell on an exclusive basis our range of orthopedic products as directed by management strategies.
- Develop close relationships with key stakeholders in the orthopedic community.
- Provide comprehensive training on the use of Zimmer products, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal results.
- Follow up on leads and visits in a timely manner, adhering to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of your Sales Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Proven selling and negotiating techniques, with a strong background in healthcare sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly, with occasional overnight stays and international travel.
