Senior Sales Director

As a Senior Manager at Freshworks, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration in the Benelux region. You will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a compelling annual sales plan to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, responsible for performance management and ongoing mentoring and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and drive strategic/complex deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Forecast sales projections, track performance against targets, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
- 10+ years of software sales experience.
- Strong background in selling SaaS solutions and working with Midmarket and Enterprise Customers.
- Excellent knowledge of the Benelux market and demonstrated success in driving sales growth in the region.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, empower, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
- 25 days annual Paid-Time-Off (PTO).
