Are you a results-driven sales leader ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a seasoned Cloud Sales Director to join our Finance industry team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within your territory, leveraging your industry expertise to support your sales team and ensure customer success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS).
  • Manage sales rep performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure objectives are met.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior-level customers and partners, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Proven sales management experience, with a track record of success in complex, large-enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong industry knowledge and expertise in cloud technology, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth.
