Regional Sales Development Manager LATAM

AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Development Manager LATAM to drive business growth and expansion in the animal nutrition industry.
This strategic role focuses on developing and executing sales plans to meet regional targets, building strong relationships with distributors, and optimizing distributor management to drive sales growth and improve market positioning.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market, be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors across LATAM.
- Optimize distributor management to drive sales growth and improve market positioning.
- Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to distributors.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor regional sales performance, providing actionable recommendations to address challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish (or Portuguese) and English is essential.
- Must have a strong active network of LATAM FEED distribution channels.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
