Luxury Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As the voice of Cartier Maison in the BENELUX market, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service and support to our customers.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with a renowned luxury brand, offering a wide range of products that cater to the needs of our discerning clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements;
- Providing expert advice on Cartier's extensive product range, ensuring that clients receive personalized guidance and support;
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to final sale;
- Identifying sales opportunities and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue;
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Cartier's values, mission, and brand identity, reflecting these in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preferably in a luxury goods or services industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike;
- Strong product knowledge, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail;
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
