Job Title: Senior Commercial Marketing Manager

STERIS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the BeNeLux, CH/AT, and Dealer markets. As a key member of our regional management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and retention in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure growth in all business units while maintaining retention in mature/developed market positions.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director, Healthcare to ensure alignment with each Business Unit Strategy and local implementation delivers to market needs.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, comparing actual results with plans and forecasts, and delivering results within the agreed annual budget.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and country analysis.
  • Complete monthly activity reports/Scorecards detailing strategies and outcomes/counter measures to ensure all Business Unit objectives remain on track.
Requirements:
  • Minimum ten (10) to 15 years of experience in leading, organization, and creating a winning culture based on mutual respect.
  • Good understanding of the commercial process of sales and marketing in direct and indirect international sales environments.
  • Experience and proven success in managing downstream marketers, fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams, and developing Business Plans in collaboration with Sales and Commercial Teams.
  • Expertise in marketing capital equipment and consumables to the medical marketplace, with a track record of success demonstrating analytical marketing skills and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships.
  • Strong leadership and presentational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A strong financial aptitude and conversational capability in multiple European/ME languages.
