Job Description



We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist in Asset Management to join our team at APG. In this role, you will play a vital part in setting up and maintaining our Compliance framework, advising first-line stakeholders on regulatory requirements, and contributing to project development.



You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across teams to foster collaboration and trust. Your exceptional stakeholder management abilities will be crucial in navigating complex regulatory challenges effectively.



Required Skills and Qualifications




  • A Master's degree in law, accountancy, economics, finance, or a related field; a Compliance course is a strong advantage.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in asset management and Compliance; experience with fiduciary management is also a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and convincingly both verbally and in writing.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
