About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Vehicle Warranty Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service.



Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Analyze technical and administrative aspects of warranty claims to ensure that they meet our company's standards.
  • Prepare and review warranty bulletins to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Raise debit notes and invoices to workshops for excessive or unjustified payments.
  • Support the training department in educating staff on warranty claiming procedures.
  • Provide prior authorization for specific repairs to ensure that they align with our company's policies.
  • Alert the warranty manager to recurring incidents and claiming issues.
  • Collaborate with dealerships to resolve claiming issues and provide support as needed.
  • Compile activity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent specializing in vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering with a focus on drives or master craftsman/workshop manager/master technician.
  • Expertise in managing relationships with workshop technicians and managers.
  • Familiarity with local consumer laws and customer rights.
  • Previous experience in a similar role for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
  • Advanced knowledge of internal combustion engine vehicles and their components.
  • Expertise in battery electric vehicles and their components.
  • Excellent knowledge of diagnosis tools and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and excellent communication skills in English.

As a Professional Vehicle Warranty Specialist at MSX International, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience.
