At Undutchables, we're seeking a talented Business Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic market intelligence, effective marketing execution, and collaborative team efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Insights: Gather and analyze industry data to develop actionable insights that guide business decisions and drive growth.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Marketing Communications: Create and manage marketing communications, including digital content, promotional materials, and sales support tools, to engage target audiences and drive business results.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer outreach initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize business outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Support cross-functional teams with insights and recommendations for new projects, process improvements, and market positioning to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a business development or marketing role, preferably within logistics, shipping, or a related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, data analysis software, and digital marketing platforms.
