About the Role

The Relationship Manager - Student Recruitment will be responsible for optimizing the flow of regional students to HZ University of Applied Sciences by effective relationship management with educational institutions in Zeeland and realizing personal contact moments between HZ and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a smooth transition from studying at secondary school and mbo to hbo education at HZ
  • Ensure a high level of stakeholder engagement and positive image building around HZ
  • Be responsible for policy in the field of throughput as part of the broader HZ student recruitment policy
  • Use available data to give well-founded advice to optimize throughput within available budgets
  • Create support for this

About the Team

The team is part of the Marketing, Communications, Community & Internationalization department and consists of a variety of colleagues. The Relationship Manager - Student Recruitment will work closely with them to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • Relevant completed bachelor's degree, for example in Commercial Economics or strategic marketing
  • 5-10 years of work experience
  • Affinity for education, knowledge of LOB in secondary education and mbo is a plus
  • The opportunity to work evenings or weekends several times a year

  • One-year appointment. Renewal of this appointment depends on personal performance and formative space
  • A gross monthly salary between € 3.246,85 and €5.170,32 for full-time employment (scale 10 in accordance with CAO HBO)
