Relationship Manager HZ University of Applied Sciences

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at HZ University of Applied Sciences. As a key member of our Marketing, Communications, Community & Internationalization department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the flow of regional students to HZ by building strong relationships with educational institutions in Zeeland and creating personal contact moments between HZ and students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to engage with educational institutions and stakeholders
- Contribute to a smooth transition from secondary school and mbo to hbo education at HZ
- Ensure high levels of stakeholder engagement and positive image building around HZ
- Responsible for policy in the field of throughput as part of the broader HZ student recruitment policy
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize throughput within available budgets
- Relevant completed bachelor's degree, for example in Commercial Economics or strategic marketing
- 5-10 years of work experience
- Affinity for education and knowledge of LOB in secondary education and mbo is a plus
- Ability to work evenings or weekends several times a year
- One-year appointment with potential for renewal based on performance and growth
- Gross monthly salary between € 3.246,85 and €5.170,32 for full-time employment
- 8.3% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, and possible contributions to travel expenses and/or home office allowance
- About 53 days off for full-time employment
