As a Technology Solutions Engineer, your role will be pivotal in linking today's leading enterprises with the essential tools they need to thrive in the digital landscape of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain insights into Oracle's solutions and assist clients in understanding how they can leverage our offerings and innovations to address their business challenges.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends to uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Sales teams to tackle current and future customer needs.
  • Facilitate innovation workshops alongside our team to showcase our latest advancements and their impact on various industries or clients.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives through diverse communication channels to enhance awareness of our solutions among clients and prospects.
  • Support Oracle's technology teams in organizing both physical and virtual marketing events, demonstrating strong communication skills across social platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at structuring complex issues, formulating hypotheses, and presenting well-supported solutions.
  • Technical proficiency: an engineering mindset with a willingness to engage with IT technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills: capable of collaborating effectively and presenting concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated: a passion for independently learning new subjects and sharing that knowledge with peers and the community.
  • Innovative mindset: open to new ideas and challenges.
  • Basic understanding of Mathematics and Statistics.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and/or R.
  • Comprehension of fundamental machine learning principles, including supervised and unsupervised learning, as well as neural networks.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques.
  • Understanding of Data Management and Analysis, with some SQL skills for data analysis and effective handling of large datasets.
  • Experience with data science libraries and tools like Pandas, NumPy, or TensorFlow.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
