About the Role:
As a Data Warehousing and Dashboard Expert at STAFIDE, you will collaborate with a technical lead, Service Delivery Manager, interoperability engineers, and software engineers to deliver various interoperability dashboards. You will participate in monthly planning and review cycles to ensure alignment on the scope and objectives of each deliverable. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, existing dashboards, and KPIs during the initial cycle to provide recommendations and design an enhanced system architecture, if necessary. You will also enhance existing dashboards and design and implement new ones based on stakeholder requirements, develop data warehouse changes to support the dashboard implementations, and contribute to the development of an IO Issue Tracker as part of ongoing cycles. Additionally, you will provide clear and comprehensive high-level design documentation and technical recommendations to guide the project forward.
What You Bring to the Table:
You will bring over 3 years of experience analyzing stakeholder requirements and translating them into KPIs and dashboard visualizations. You will have strong expertise in data modeling, data warehouse design, and multi-dimensional database design and implementation. You will also have more than 3 years of hands-on experience with data warehousing and dashboarding, particularly using SQL Server and SQL Server Analysis Services. Your proficiency in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) will be proven with over 3 years of experience. You will have experience with ETL/ELT processes and the ability to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading activities. Familiarity with C# and.NET Core Blazor for effective programming and dashboard implementation will be a plus. You will demonstrate the capability to develop and maintain clear technical documentation. A valid security clearance is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work autonomously and proactively while following internal processes and adhering to project timelines. You will communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will translate business needs into technical specifications for KPIs and dashboards. You will design scalable and efficient data models to support dashboards and reporting. You will use SQL Server Analysis Services to design and implement dashboards and data warehouse solutions. You will effectively manage ETL/ELT processes to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of information. You will collaborate within a cross-functional team to achieve deliverables.
