Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Manager to join our dynamic Transformation Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation programs implementations, working closely with senior stakeholders to substantiate ideas into well-articulated plans.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive transformation plans, structuring and coordinating cross-functional initiatives, creating transparency and visibility through progress tracking, and supporting the preparation and delivery of effective communications.

You will also play a key role in change management, supporting the Company in engaging and keeping people on-board, providing coaching and support to leaders and managers for the execution of programs, and conducting impact analyses and assessing change readiness.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with consulting and corporate experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale organizational change in complex settings, with strong stakeholders management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and change management expertise.
  • Deep understanding of transformation management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transformation management software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
