Job Title: Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Specialist to join our Finance & Procurement Department. As a Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in strengthening and improving our Statutory reporting function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various financial audits, including IFRS Annual accounts, Annual reports, and audits based on NVCOS805 and NVCOS4400.
  • Maintain and improve IFRS compliance, both in financial reporting ex post and ex ante in deal-decision making.
  • Manage and prepare the consolidation of financial statements, Annual reports, and standalone annual accounts.
  • Prepare and manage bi-yearly reporting to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on the audit protocol.
  • Manage the company's tax governance and integrity, responsible for tax compliance together with tax consultants.
  • Drive the coming External Audit tender (Q3) together with Procurement.
  • Team member of the CSRD and EU taxonomy project group.
  • Future team member of the integrated enterprise project group.
  • Support and cooperate in the monthly and/or quarterly reporting cycle of the control team.
  • Work positively and proactively together with other Controllers.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Solid background in financial control and auditing, experience as an auditor, previously working for an audit firm, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS; knowledge about subsidies, grants, governmental financing, and CSRD/EU taxonomy is a pro.
  • Ability to build up the reporting function with a tactical view and hands-on approach.
  • Strong capabilities in applying business initiatives, Investment Committee decisions into accounting requirements.
  • Ability to understand new environments swiftly and tailor financial processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
