Wij zijn op zoek naar een gastgerichte en gedreven Hotelkamerbeheerder voor het prestigieuze Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. Als medewerker van ons hotel zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse verzorging van onze kamers, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat alle details perfect in orde zijn. Met jouw oog voor detail en flexibiliteit om 's avonds en in het weekend te werken, zul je bijdragen aan een onvergetelijk verblijf voor onze gasten.

Salaris

Je salaris zal gebaseerd zijn op schaal 3 van de Horeca CAO en jouw ervaring. Je zult ook genieten van unieke voordelen, zoals een eindejaarsuitkering van minimaal 75% van een bruto maandsalaris en een speciaal medewerkerstarief in meer dan 500 hotels van de Minor Hotel Group.

Functiebeschrijving

Als Hotelkamerbeheerder zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

  • Het dagelijks beheren van de kamers, waaronder het schoonmaken, versieren en controleren van de kamer-inventaris;
  • Het verzorgen van de turndown-service, inclusief het refreshen en gereedmaken van de kamers voor de avond;
  • Het garanderen van een hoge servicekwaliteit en -attitude tegenover onze gasten;
Vereiste vaardigheden en kwalificaties

We zoeken iemand met:

  • Een positieve en vriendelijke attitude tegenover gasten en collega's;
  • Flexibiliteit om 's avonds en in het weekend te werken;
  • Een passie voor het leveren van uitstekende service en kwaliteit;
  • Ervaring in Housekeeping in een 5-sterrenhotel is een pluspunt;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Engelse taal, Nederlands is een pre;
