As an Insurance Risk Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our casualty department, driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing the desirability of risk through thorough reviews of claims history, company information, and regular contact with brokers
  • Providing expert advice to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and risk profiles
  • Collaborating closely with AIG subject matter experts to ensure accurate and informed decision-making
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, expanding your network and generating new business opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting regular management reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends

About You

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
