Algorithm Test Engineer

Description
At ASM Pacific Technology, we are seeking a skilled Algorithm Test Engineer to contribute to our innovations in advanced control technology. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with algorithm design engineers to develop and test advanced control algorithms on machines and setups in our labs. Your responsibilities will include independently testing algorithms, organizing test results and data, and providing feedback to design engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing testing software to enhance test automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience in operating industrial machines with moving parts
- Basic understanding of motion control in high-precision industry
- Basic knowledge of embedded software programming
- Experience in C/C++ or Python is a plus
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus
