**Job Summary**

LANXESS is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our financial and business management team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, leading budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accuracy in product costing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, focusing on production volumes, raw material usage, utilities, and labor costs.
  • Lead the annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting for plant costs, production volumes, and Capex demands.
  • Ensure accuracy in product costing by regularly reviewing and updating bills of materials and costs.
  • Oversee Capex controlling, including maintenance, growth, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) capital projects using SAP PPM.
  • Determine and communicate month-end accruals for expenses and Capex to the accounting team for accurate closing processes.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform detailed financial analyses.
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
