FMCG Senior Category Controller

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Category Controller to join our FMCG team at Danone. As a key business partner to our Sales & Marketing counterparts, you will play a crucial role in driving business animation and growth within our Dairy & Plant-Based category.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a business partner to Marketing and Sales counterparts, collaborating on key business initiatives and providing a financial perspective
- Preparing category forecasts, including risks & opportunities, with Sales & Marketing
- Performing month-end activities, fulfilling group and internal reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with Danone accounting requirements and internal control rules
- Contributing to long-term planning for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan, working closely with cross-functional business partners, Finance leadership, and the BU General Manager
- Creating quantitative models that provide timely financial insights to support business leaders in making decisions
- Continuously working to streamline and automate processes
About You

You should thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments where building relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and being a team player is crucial. You should be highly analytical and detail-oriented, but also able to see the bigger picture. Your interpersonal and communication skills should allow you to build strong relationships and bring people on your side.
