About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Category Controller to join our team at Danone. As a key business partner to our Sales & Marketing counterparts, you will play a crucial role in driving business animation and growth within our Dairy & Plant-Based category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales counterparts to develop and implement category strategies
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional business partners
  • Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and automate activities
About You

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and business. You should have a strong understanding of financial data and be able to communicate complex information to non-financial stakeholders. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance/controlling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
