About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Specialist to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, welcoming guests and handling packages and mail.
  • Provide information and assistance to colleagues and guests, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and maintain the overall appearance of the office.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hospitality team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours as needed.
