About the Role

We're looking for a Night Ambassador to join our team at CitizenM Rotterdam. As a Night Ambassador, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of amazing.

What You'll Do

  • Provide warm welcomes to guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Help guests with check-in and answer any questions they may have
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the living room
  • Ensure the bar and canteen are clean and ready for the next shift
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals
  • Brew delicious coffee and mix signature cocktails
  • Handle reservations and the daily night audit
  • Be a secret concierge to the city, answering guests' questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party
  • Help guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities
  • Prepare societyM meeting rooms as needed
