We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Robin Radar Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the wind energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure project success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the wind energy market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the wind energy sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
