Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at B&C International B.V. in Nunspeet, Netherlands.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security and stability of our IT infrastructure, while contributing to the overall success of our backend and security operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage EDR/MDR solutions to identify and address vulnerabilities, and maintain security awareness programs for employees.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues in the Netherlands, Poland, and the US on server, storage, Azure cloud services, and other infrastructure and security projects.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives within the IT department.
  • Report and provide updates on security posture and emerging threats.
Requirements
  • HBO ICT training in infrastructure and security or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of current developments and challenges in information security, standards, and compliance.
  • Passion for IT and dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Proficiency in EDR/MDR, MDM, SMA & SDA solutions, as well as Active Directory, Veeam, PowerShell, Networking fundamentals, Windows Server, VMware, Exchange, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
