The Opportunity

We're seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to drive the strategy and execution of our marketing function. As a key member of our Management Team, you'll be responsible for building a strong Catawiki brand, driving customer acquisition and retention, and developing a robust CRM engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer growth and retention
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including Brand Marketing, Performance and Category Marketing, CRM, and Communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure marketing effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying insights to drive marketing innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, with a track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect economic drivers to customer needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
